Who hasn't gone to a resort to be enticed by a free massage or another incentive if  only you attend their  90 minute Timeshare presentation.

 Recently a colleague attended one of those presentations.  He came back shellshocked.  The presentation he attended had the offerings divided by Peak, Non-peak and off peak seasons.   Each offering was for 1 assigned week per year.

Here is what it looked like:

Peak Week - Summer - Total cost $75,000 with $25,000 down and $1095 a month
Non-Peak- Spring -  Total cost is $24,000 with $1500 down and $902 a month.
Off Peak - Winter -   Total cost is $9000 with $907 down and costing $203 a month.

So the off peak is winter and is also the the most "affordable" for this particular Resort group.  Who wants a vacation in the Dead of winter??? The other restrictions of course is the necessity of choosing only their resorts that they offer.

Here comes Surge365  with over 300,000 resorts and hotels. The Member has the ability to choose any week they wish to vacation.  and it only costs $349  and $59 a month!  No peak, off peak, non-peak weeks to chose from.

I learned something else during my free Concierge webtour. How many Timeshare owners have been disappointed in not getting their chosen destinations?  Timeshare owners do not fear! Surge365 has something for you! The ability to rent your weeks out, or exchange Timeshare weeks.  Lastly Surge365 has the V.O.I.C.E. aka Vacation Ownership Interval Compensation Exchange, developed only for Surge365.  Timeshare weeks can be turned in for Reward Credits which in turn can be used to "purchase" a vacation for the week and destination of their choosing. Reward Credits work just like Airline Miles, or Frequent Flier miles!  Even Timeshare owners can benefit from Surge365!

Is Surge365 a Scam?  Is it too good to be true?  The best way to judge is by those who have actually used the services after they became Members.

Just recently I received a Vacation Promotion via my cell phone for a popular hotel resort in the Orlando, Florida area.  I looked up this same exact Resort on my Surge365 Membership site. I used the same dates, the same room category.  I included the Taxes and fees which the Promotion did not include. With all that, the Surge365 price was STILL $17 less than the Consumer site. In addition Surge365 includes a private Concierge service that can help you plan excursions, restaurant reservations, tell you of local attractions, plan you hotel/resort. So the value is much more. Unfortunately because of parity laws I cannot disclose the name of the Resort , however those who get an EZ Travel Button will see for themselves.

Reno 2015 Surge 365 Launch

Last week this time Surge 365 Members were in Reno Nevada, kicking off the Surge 365 official Launch April 29 - May 3, 2015. It was a time for Travel education with the CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) Classes , Travel supplier training,  Hotel and Resort Site Inspection. And of course fun things as excursions.  It was a time for Celebration as well!  Here are some pictures to share!  Congratulations to Surge 365!

Surge 365 and those Other Vacation Clubs

In the past few weeks I have had several people share their encounters with Vacation Clubs that were very interesting.
The most common and the most obvious is the cost.  One person told me they had paid $5000 and pays a high Monthly fee while being locked into a contract.  Another person shared that they paid $12,000 with pretty much the same story. I was astonished.  So I put on my Sherlock Holmes hat and did some sleuthing.
Well it appears that Timeshares of the '80s and '90s have re-named themselves "Vacation clubs"  or "Travel clubs". The consumer still has to sign that contract and are locked into certain weeks unless they are able to trade or switch for another week in an alternate destination.

Another complaint is that many of these high priced Vacation Clubs are restricted to their affiliation of Resorts. So if that particular company does not have property in the Vacationer's desired location, then the Vacationer is out of luck.

This confirms that I am in the right place. Surge 365 Membership is a one time fee of $349, and a monthly fee of $59.95  which is way below some of the many prices I have heard for Membership. In addition Surge 365  has an affiliate type program where the monthly fee can actually be waived.  Membership includes 10 EZ Travel Buttons which helps Members share the Membership program to  3 additional potential vacationers. That eliminates the monthly fee as long as 3 Members are active.  And with these prices, who would give that up?

For those  with the entrepreneurial spirit, they can become a Surge Business Associate (SBA)  by paying an additional $39 and sell Memberships and earn bonuses. How can you lose?

Surge 365 is not affiliated to only one Resort brand and thus  has a vast catalog of Resorts,             All-Inclusives, Tours, Cruise lines  and Hotels to choose from. In addition

There is no doubt in my mind  Surge 365 is the absolute best Vacation Club ever!

My Surge 365 EZ Travel Buttons Have Arrived!

My shipment of the  EZ Travel Buttons has arrived! Opening this box was like opening my presents on Christmas morning!  If only the Fedex man knew the value of what he was delivering! These buttons have been in great Demand and actually were Back order!

 This is what the famous EZ Travel Button looks like out of the box.  Whats so great about it is that this button is loaded with a $250 credit to the owner.  The Lucky recipient of this button  simply plugs it into the USB port of their computer and be taken to the Guest Membership website of the Surge 365 Travel Club.

 


Soon as the Guest Member plugs in the website they are taken to a welcome video transposed upon intriguing backdrop of  travel video vignettes.  Then comes the decision, do you want to Save more or Make more?  If the Guest Member chooses to Save more on their vacations, They register, create their Login and thats where the magic begins! The Guest Member is  taken to the  Hotel and Resort site, where they can search  for their next vacation.  It is here where the Guest Member chooses to either apply the $250 credit to the  prices they see OR  choose even bigger savings with the Membership prices. Its a Win/Win!!

Its important to remember that the Guest Membership only gives access to the Hotel and Resort Prices. The Cruises, Weekly stays  that has deep deep savings with many of the All Inclusive Resorts, as well as Car Rentals and Concierge service  can be accessed once the Guest Member becomes a full fledged Travel Club Member

When i clicked on the "Make More"  Link I knew immediately this was something the  entrepreneurs will love! The video shows how selling club Memberships are very lucrative, leading to $1000, $10,000 and more bonuses as well as a brand new fully paid for car.  Yes, Membership Has its privileges.

Cruises come to Surge 365

Most people don't realize that Surge 365 has cruises as well from all the major Cruise lines!

I was so excited to hear that the Carnival Sunshine will be calling New York City, her homeport in 2016.  With the inclusion of Carnival Vista also making her American maiden voyages from New York City also  adds a cause for celebration.  But here is more cause for celebration!  You can book cruises on Surge 365 for some great prices and earn Reward Points for it as well.

This makes it REAL hard for me, because I have no idea of which Cruise I should Take!!  Thankfully I don't have to choose based on cost!!!
